Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import taxes (including VAT), which are added upon arrival in the destination country. L'Affaire is not responsible for these taxes, if applicable; they are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Times

Orders placed are processed by the L'Affaire team within 2 business days after payment confirmation, if all products in the order are available.

If one or more products in the order are not currently available, or if any of the products are unavailable, you will be contacted and given information about the cancellation and refund of the unavailable product(s), and shipping of the remaining items ordered.

Delivery time, after shipping, varies depending on the destination and the shipping time of the carriers themselves:

• Mainland Portugal and Spain: 24-48 business hours after shipping for orders.
• Islands: Between 3 and 18 business days, taking into account sea transport.
• Other countries; 2 to 3 days

Delivery times may vary at certain times of the year when greater traffic is expected, for example during holiday periods or festive and promotional periods, so please take this into account when placing your order.
