Exchanges and returns
At L'Affaire, we aim to satisfy our customers by maintaining complete transparency in the purchasing process.
However, if you're not satisfied with your product, you have 14 days to request an exchange or return. To do so, the customer should follow these steps:
1 - Send an email to monpetitaffaire@gmail.com, expressing your intention to exchange or return the product, providing the following information:
- Order or Request Number;
- Customer Name;
- Reference(s) of the product(s) you wish to return or exchange;
2 - Within 3 business days, you will receive an email from our customer service team confirming receipt of your order. After this contact, you will need to send the product(s) to be returned via CTT or your chosen carrier, including your address.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the return/exchange is due to a defect attributable to L'Affaire and/or the carrier. In these cases, a shipping label will be issued and sent to the customer, which they must affix to the box where the item(s) will be returned. The carrier will schedule a pickup, and the customer will be notified.
It is extremely important that you wait for our email with approval of the return and that you keep the product(s) in the same conditions as received so that it is possible to return them;
We only accept returns that have our consent and in accordance with the Customer Service emails informing about the return/exchange.
We attempt to review products within 5 business days of receiving them at the warehouse. If you have complied with all of the above requirements and the products meet the requirements outlined below, we will refund the value of the returned product(s) within 10 business days. We are not responsible for any delays resulting from the use of banking intermediaries for this purpose.
In the case of product exchanges, the shipping cost of the replacement(s) is the customer's responsibility. However, it will always be calculated to minimize the cost to the customer.
Return Rules
For your return or exchange to be accepted, it is essential that you respect the following rules:
- Discounted products are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned;
- The product must be sealed, in its original packaging, including cellophane or protective labels (if applicable), without any signs of opening or use;
- If the product box has a seal, you must keep it intact, or any other protection from use;
- You must ensure that all attached components are included with the product: samples, gifts, leaflet, among others, respecting the original shipping conditions;
- Keep the invoice, remembering that a copy of it must accompany the return of the product to L'Affaire.
